Google Ads API Usage
The platform accesses Google Ads accounts only after explicit authorization by the account owner through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
The platform operates in accordance with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to Google Ads accounts
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Violate Google’s policies governing the Google Ads API
Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and related materials provided through the platform remain the property of Kupka Consulting or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis.
Kupka Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
